1. Instructions
For Authors (投稿作者):
• Registration fees for SSPHE 2018 Regular is RMB2200 (USD 380) per paper.
• If the length of the paper exceeds 4 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 5) is RMB 300 (USD 50).
For Participants (口头报告/海报展示/仅参会):
• Please download the registration form (参会注册表) and send it to info@ssphe.org.
2. Authors' registration fee includes:
One Paper Publication (一篇文章的版面费)
All Technical Sessions (keynote speeches, oral and poster presentation, etc.)
Two Coffee breaks (两次茶歇)
Lunch & Dinner (大会当日中晚餐)
Conference program guide (会议物资)
One-day tour (一日游)
Note: Free invitation to attend the conference is only extended to one author for one registration. If more than one author of a paper will come, all the authors attending the conference must complete their registration individually.
一篇注册文章仅提供一位免费参会名额，若有同行作者，请联系组委会，并按要求完成注册程序。
3. The registration fee does not include:
• Accommodation
• Visa application fee
• Transportation fee
