Conference Registration

Condition	Registration Fee
Regular Delegate with Full Paper	RMB 2200 (USD 380) per paper (within 4 pages)
Extra Page Charges (Begin at Page 5)	RMB 300 (USD 50) per extra page
Listener/ Accompanying Person	RMB 1200 (USD 200) per person

1. Regular Registration fees include the following:

• Conference Welcome Packet
• All Technical Sessions (Keynote Speeches, Oral Sessions, Poster Sessions, Breakouts, etc.)
• Lunch & Dinner on November 27, 2019
• Coffee Breaks during All Sessions
• Conference Proceedings(CD form)
• Hard Copy of the Conference Program Guide
• Social & Cultural Activities on November 28, 2019

Notes:

1. Accommodation at the hotel covers breakfast.
2. The registration fee does not include:

• Accommodation
• Visa application fee
• Transportation fee

3. Only one author is free of charge to attend the conference for one accepted paper. The registration fee is the same regardless of whether author attending conference or not. Extra authors or the accompanying person should pay the registration fee.

4. Cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@ssphe.org.
If the author want to withdraw manuscript or the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply.

• Before 50 days of the conference: The remaining refund after deducting the handling fee
• Between 50-15 days before the conference: 50% of Payment Refund
• After November 11, 2019: No Refund

No refunds will be given for cancellations after October 20, 2019. Hotel reservations must be canceled 10 days in advance.

5. Conference organizing committee reserves all rights in the explanation of above terms.
